ERBA Park

The ERBA is a former industrial site at the northern tip of the Bamberg island district, which today houses a residential and recreational area.

The history of ERBA goes back to the traditional Bamberg textile industry. The industrialisation of this area took place with the foundation of a mechanical spinning and weaving mill in 1858. The plant consisted of a five-storey spinning mill to which a so-called Shedbau with skylights was connected, which housed the weaving mill.
